Kelsie Carter is a second-year MBA student from St. Paul Minnesota, concentrating in operations management and healthcare. She graduated from NYU with a bachelor’s in public health and sociology and was a competitive varsity swimmer. She spent the last three years working in operations within an acute adolescent psychiatric in-patient facility. She looks to build upon her public health and direct patient care experience to further address health inequities by work as an operations director within a healthcare provider. Her long-term goal is to refocus her interest and career on improving mental and behavioral health systems.

 

 

Name: Aaron Cappelli

Hometown: Anchorage, AK

Undergrad: Dartmouth College

Prior Work Experience: 4.5yr military, 2yr rural utility management

Current Concentration: Consulting, Sustainable Enterprise

Aaron graduated from Dartmouth in 2012 with a double major in Middle Eastern Studies and Geography. He spent over four years in the Army as an artillery officer stationed in Alaska, and the last two years prior to business school managing rural utility systems for remote Alaska Native communities. Post-MBA, Aaron is interested in driving sustainable solutions in the food, water, and agricultural spaces.
