Kelsie Carter is a second-year MBA student from St. Paul Minnesota, concentrating in operations management and healthcare. She graduated from NYU with a bachelor’s in public health and sociology and was a competitive varsity swimmer. She spent the last three years working in operations within an acute adolescent psychiatric in-patient facility. She looks to build upon her public health and direct patient care experience to further address health inequities by work as an operations director within a healthcare provider.
